Important Supplier Disclosure: VitalynLab sources and fulfills all Nattokinase products through a third-party supplier based in China. Orders are shipped directly from our supplier's fulfillment center. This disclosure is provided in accordance with applicable commerce regulations and our platform obligations.


1. Overview

This Shipping Policy outlines how VitalynLab processes, fulfills, and ships orders for our Nattokinase health supplements. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described in this policy.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.


3. Shipping Destinations

VitalynLab currently ships to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • Canada

We do not ship to any destinations outside of these countries at this time. If you attempt to place an order from an unsupported region, your order may be cancelled and fully refunded.

Shipping times are estimates only and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs processing delays.


5. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

Orders are fulfilled and shipped via our third-party supplier based in China using international carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

As our orders are shipped internationally from China, your order may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

VitalynLab is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees incurred upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you have concerns about import fees.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. VitalynLab is not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [your support email]. We will do our best to update your address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your expected delivery window, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the matter with our fulfillment partner.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received should be reported to us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
